At Moriah, we are committed to cultivating inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people who are motivated to succeed.

To many of them, ambition can’t wait.
And, neither should we.

It’s time to equip our students with the modern facilities they need to thrive in today's world.

It’s time to Rise Up.

Moriah's new High School

Our vision is bold and forward-thinking: to create a modern, inspirational teaching and learning environment that will maintain Moriah’s position as a school of choice for Jewish children.

Students will benefit from technology-enhanced spaces including a Science Centre, Design & Technology Centre, Visual Arts Centre, Library, study centre, and flexible learning classrooms to inspire the next generation of thinkers and creators.

Why now?

For more than 80 years Moriah College has been at the forefront of delivering outstanding Jewish and general education to our children. Inspired by our modern orthodox Zionist values, Moriah continues to shape the next generation into upstanding community members who have great pride in their Jewish identity.

In 1987 we built the first stage of our High School. However, 35 years later, the digital revolution has reshaped the way we teach and learn and our ageing High School facilities no longer meet the demands of today’s educational landscape.

We also find ourselves in a critical time in Jewish history. Where we must strengthen our community by moving forward with purpose.

There is simply no doubt that a Jewish education in the diaspora is the foundation of a strong and vibrant Jewish community and the proposed new high school will allow Moriah students to thrive in this new world as knowledgeable and proud ambassadors of our community.

To continue to deliver excellence in education and ensure Jewish continuity, we must invest in our campus.

"The plan for the rebuilding of the school is an exciting one and we are very  happy to be a part of it. It’s a bold and ambitious undertaking but education is the cornerstone of any modern and advanced community and at the heart of any Jewish community. Now more than ever."

Simon Singer

"As a Moriah parent and a member of the Foundation team, I am incredibly proud and excited to be part of this once in a generation project to raise funds and unite our community as we rebuild our High School."

Andy Berelowitz

"Supporting Jewish education, investing in the future of our community, and giving our children and grandchildren every opportunity and advantage so they can realise their full potential is a most worthy cause. This is our moment and we should rise up to it."

Alex Ryvchin

"Returning to Moriah College 28 years after graduating holds deep significance for me. In Hebrew, the number 28, made up of the letters kaf and Chet, form the word "Koach", strength.  This is a quality I pray for and aspire to have, as we navigate today’s tremendous challenges. There has never been a more important time to show our strength and build for the future generations of our community.

Please join us on the 24th September for what will be an unforgettable night.”
